Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to earn money. Never bet money you need for rent or everyday costs, never chase losses, and keep track of how much you spend. Winning is never guaranteed, so make sure playing is your own choice and learn how each game works before you bet.
Set a limit
Our self-limit tool helps you control how much money you spend with us. Send our support team a written request and we set the limit on your account. Think about how often you play, how long your sessions last and how much you can afford to lose, then choose daily, weekly and monthly limits that fit.
Take a break
You can ask our support team for a break of up to six weeks at any time. During the break we limit access to your account and to any new account you try to open.
Self-exclusion and closing your account
Our self-exclusion programme cancels your membership, and we block your account shortly after receiving the request. You can also ask support to close your account completely at any time. Funds left in the account at the time of closure, pending withdrawals included, cannot be paid out.
Fewer e-mails
Send us a written request and we remove you from our e-mail list.
Protecting minors
Our casino is for adults only, and you must be 25 or older to play with us. We track attempts by minors to play and block their access immediately. If you know of a minor registered with us, tell [email protected] as soon as possible. Parents can help by not leaving a computer unattended while the casino is open, protecting gambling software with a password and limiting the time children spend online.
