About these terms

By playing at Dendera, for fun or for real money, you agree to these terms. Only the English version has legal value. Our casino belongs to, and is run by, an incorporated company that holds an online casino licence from the Government of Curacao, which also regulates it.

Who can play

You must be 25 or older to play. Local national law can change the age limit, and it is your responsibility to know the minimum age where you live and that you have the right to play there. We may ask for age verification at any time. Only one casino account per household is allowed.

Your account

Keep your account number and password confidential. Nobody else may use your account. If you do not log in, or place no bet or wager, for 120 days or more, the balance in your account is forfeited.

Deposits

Use only payment methods registered in your own name. A 3% processing fee applies to deposits, and credit card deposits can carry a fee of 3% to 6.5%. Charging back or disputing a deposit is a breach of these terms. A crypto deposit that is voided or reversed is treated as fraud.

Bonuses

Unless we announce otherwise, you need to finish a bonus's playthrough before you cash out. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn and is deducted at cash-out. Cashback carries 1x wagering and a maximum withdrawal of 10x the cashback amount, or 2x when it comes from a tournament prize, a raffle prize or a Special Promotion. A deposit bonus of 200% or more has a maximum cashout of 10x the deposit. Free bonuses carry 20x to 60x wagering and a withdrawal limit of A$50. You can ask support to remove a bonus before you start playing with it.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is A$50. Every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. Each payout is capped at 1,500 credits, with a monthly ceiling of 10,000 credits, and approval can take up to 18 working days. Before your first payout we ask for proof of identity, a recent utility bill, copies of the cards you deposited with and a signed card authorisation form. Documents must arrive within 30 days of the request, otherwise the withdrawal is cancelled. Withdrawals can carry a transfer fee set by our payment processor.

Refunds

Refunds of deposits are processed within 24 hours of the original deposit, after our compliance team has approved the account. A screenshot is needed for a refund about a game malfunction, and the balance must be unplayed for a refund about credits you could not use.

Fair play

Cheating, collusion, bonus abuse and the use of automated software are not allowed. In such cases we may void bets and withhold winnings. Our games use a random number generator that has been independently tested.
